I’m Suze - a qualified counsellor based in South Devon, working with clients online aross the UK, and in person across Totnes, Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot and beyond.

I believe counselling is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. It gives you space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, understand your emotions and patterns, and find new ways to take care of yourself and move forward.

My approach is warm, real, and down-to-earth. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. I’m trained in a range of counselling methods and I use what’s most helpful for what you are facing.

Counselling with me isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up as you are and being met with care, curiosity, and support. I’ll be alongside you as you make sense of things and start to feel more like yourself again. Sometimes that means listening closely; sometimes it means gently challenging you to see something differently. Either way, you’ll be heard.

Life can be complicated. Let’s make sense of it, together.
